Delivery information

All prices on the site include delivery. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or courier (currently UK Mail couriers) depending on the weight of the order.

Signatures and goods inspection

All courier deliveries are next day deliveries which require a signature. Please ensure that you are available to sign for the package. Also ensure that you inspect the goods before you sign for them. We cannot make a claim for damaged goods (and therefore will not be liable) with our courier if you have signed that the goods were delivered in good condition.

Upgrades

All courier deliveries can be upgraded to AM delivery, timed delivery or Saturday delivery at additional costs. Please let us know if you wish to upgrade your delivery.
